e-Learning for Major Retailers

 

Working in partnership with the client, Intellego developed 2 x 15 minute modules with the key underlying theme of customer care.  This involved;

 

  • Providing sometimes complex and technical product information in an engaging and straightforward way
  • Using customer scenarios to embed an understanding of typical customer types and requirements
  • Introducing questioning techniques to enable learners to not only match the correct product to the customer, but also to advise on its use.
